I am fat. It's time to fix that. I haven't weighed myself for months because I knew what the result would be. I had a visit with my doctor last week (sinus related). When the nurse weighed me, I tried not to notice but I caught a glimpse before it went away - 30X. I didn't catch the last number but it doesn't really matter. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've seen my weight start with a 3. Earlier this year, I was around 315 - my heaviest ever. That is literally 100 lbs heavier than my skinniest (in adulthood).

I've decided that I've got to get the under control. I've started a strict low carb diet & I am starting to play DDR regularly again. This is the 2nd day back on my diet and it wasn't particularly great. Let's do a recap of what I've eaten in the last two days.



Qdoba Salad w/ black beans, double chicken, queso, quac, sour cream, cheese, & lettuce


Wendy's Triple Baconator & full BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad


3x Slices of bologna, handful of cheese cubes, handful of almonds



Honey Garlic Chicken, Steamed Green Beans, Salad w/ quac & Apple Cider Vinaigrette


8x Nathan's Hot Dogs =(


3x Eggs scrambled & 5 or 6 sausage links

Tomorrow at lunch we're having a salad w/ chicken, avacado, some other stuff, and Avocado Cream Dressing. That shouldn't be too bad. As for breakfast & dinner, I'm not really sure. If I remember in the morning, I'd like to pack some butter & my milk frother so I can make some butter coffee at work.

As for exercise, I played DDR X3 vs 2nd Mix for about 45 minutes this evening. I didn't do spectacularly well but at least I moved around for a little while. My feet & legs started hurting almost immediately. I'm hoping that will get better as I drop weight & get in better shape.

That's all that I feel like typing out for today. I'd like to start blogging about this fairly often. That was one of the contributing factors to my weight loss success years ago. I'm still trying to figure out if it's possible for these posts to only show up via a category (Fitness) page rather than showing up on the main page. For now, they'll show up on the main page.
